How do I get started with Vendapto?
Getting started with Vendapto is plug and play – with no implementation required, you can begin assessing your services as soon as your access has been provided. If you have already had a trial run we will make sure to keep all data for you, so its all still there when you get your full license. Furthermore we want to make sure your onboarding becomes as smooth as possible, and therefore as part of the license we offer free product training for you and your colleagues.
Is Vendapto only for InfoSec specialists?
No, Vendapto is an easy-to-use tool for everyone in the business. The primary users of Vendapto are Information Security and Compliance teams, but the tool and all its functionalities have been built so you do not need to be an InfoSec Expert to use Vendapto.
What about all our existing contracts?
Don’t worry, we have got you covered. By using the feature “Add signed service” you are able to add your existing contracts to Vendapto, enabling you to benefit from the impact radar and compliance functionality, or compare the existing contract to the auto-generated version.
Why do we need to adapt security requirements?
Security is never a one-size-fits-all. If the level of requirements are not adapted to the service, you will end up with the service being either too expensive, or the level of security being too low. Adapting the level of security to the criticality of the service, ensures the right quality while keeping cost in control.
Why is third party security important?
While suppliers bring multiple benefits to the business, there is a corresponding increase in risk exposure as third parties can access critical systems, sensitive information, and potentially engage sub-contractors.
Despite an increasingly high dependency on third parties, many organizations are not yet managing information security risks in a holistic and coordinated manner. Vendapto even reminds you when a contract is about to expire or has to be extended.
